Falls Mill Condominiums are located on the beautiful Yantic River in Norwich, Connecticut just below the majestic Indian Leap Falls. The Mill, originally built in 1838, operated as a textile manufacturing facility. In 1980 the buildings were converted to residential condos.

Views from several units overlook the Yantic River. The design of the loft-style interiors take full advantage of the historic features of the building: rustic brick walls; large, exposed chestnut beams; tall windows; and high ceilings.
